JPL readies for annual open house

Jet Propulsion Laboratory will host its annual open house June 9 and 10 and is expecting more than 38,000 visitors to the campus of the NASA facility. Visitors will learn about NASA’s missions to the moon, Mars and other projects via 3-D videos, live demonstrations, talks with scientists and engineers and a first look at JPL’s new Earth Science Center.
Visitors are cautioned not to being weapons, alcohol, skateboards, ice chests or backpacks onto campus, and vehicles and people are subject to inspection. JPL is located at 4800 Oak Grove Drive. For more information, visit www.jpl.nasa.gov.
