Small brush fire reported at Brand Park

A small brush fire broke out at Brand Park Sunday, but firefighters were able to quickly stop the blaze, authorities said.

Authorities received a call about the fire shortly after 2:30 p.m. Helicopters were brought in to extinguish the flames.

The number of acres burned in the fire has not yet been determined.
