Weather system to bring rain, cooler temperatures through weekend

Share

A weather system blowing into the region today will bring with it a chance of rain and cooler temperatures through the weekend, forecasters say.

As the cloud cover builds, expect a 20% chance of rain in the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena region Thursday night, according to the National Weather Service.

The threat of rain will increase heading into the weekend, with a 50% chance of precipitation on Saturday before starting to taper off Sunday into next week.

The cloud cover will also push daytime temperatures down into the 50s, according to the weather service.

By Monday, skies should be partly cloudy, with temperatures becoming milder as conditions improve midweek.
