Man exposes himself to parked driver in Glendale

A woman reported that a man exposed his genitals and masturbated in front of her as she sat inside her car early Tuesday, police said.

After attending a concert, the woman dropped off her friend about 12:55 a.m. at Lexington Drive and Piedmont Avenue and was seated in her car when she noticed a man walking on the sidewalk.

The man suddenly stopped in the middle of the street, exposed his genitals and began masturbating as he looked directly at her, according to police.

The woman quickly put her vehicle in reverse, made a U-turn and drove away, police said.

Moments later, she returned, but the man had walked away and out of sight.

He was described as Latino, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 170 pounds and had brown short hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt, dark jeans and was carrying a turquoise-colored backpack.
