Pet of the Week: Bunny ‘Emma’

Emma, last week’s Pet of the Week, is still available for adoption.

Darwin is a juvenile tan-and-white long-haired rabbit. He loves to be held and petted, and already uses his litter box.

Darwin’s adoption fee is $30, which includes his neuter surgery, a microchip and the first set of vaccinations, as well as a free follow-up health check at a participating vet.

New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals as well as a goody bag filled with information on how to care for your pet. Ask an adoptions counselor for more information during your visit.

Adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
