Missing Glendale boys found in North Hollywood

Share

Two Montrose boys who ran away from home Wednesday morning were found at about 6:30 p.m. that evening at a friend’s house in North Hollywood, Glendale police said.

Ryan Handlin, 12, and Marquis Handlin, 11, were returned to their grandparents, who they moved in with after their father died. Police said the boys’ new home “was not the ideal situation” and may have run away due to family issues.

Glendale police said the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services would be following up with the boys and their grandparents.
