Montrose will celebrate its 101st birthday today with a Founders Day event.The celebration, hosted by the Montrose Merchants group, will kick off at 10 a.m. with outdoor dining offered by local restaurants, live music, an expanded children’s play area and retail booths in the 2200 block Honoulu.
