A former UCLA freshman water polo player from Glendale was indicted with forcible rape and other charges on Monday, according to officials from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
A man and his 7-year-old daughter were carjacked at gunpoint outside a Pacoima library on Monday, the Los Angeles Times reports.
