Man arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure

A 53-year-old man was arrested Thursday afternoon after he was allegedly seen inappropriately touching himself on a downtown Glendale street, police said.

Julian Garcia was taken into custody about 2:39 p.m. on suspicion of indecent exposure after officers spotted him adjusting his pants in front of an office in the 200 block of North Orange Avenue, according to Glendale police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot.

Moments before, employees told police Garcia had laid down in front of the office and begun to masturbate, she added.
