Soldiers will be remembered for their past service during “Welcome Home, Vietnam Veterans Day” in front of Montrose’s Vietnam Memorial, one of the first in the country, at 8 a.m. on Saturday at the corner of Honolulu Avenue and Ocean View Boulevard.
