Dunkin’ Donuts signed a multi-unit store development agreement with two new franchise groups. One will develop 10 locations in the San Fernando Valley and the other will develop 10 locations in South Orange County, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The Massachusetts-based company has also signed agreements to develop more than 150 new locations all over California, the first expected to open by the end of the year, according to a spokesperson for the company. That location is not expected to be in either Burbank or Glendale.

In a company release, Dunkin’ Donuts said it is also looking for franchise stores to open in Palm Springs, Santa Clarita Valley and Ventura County. In the next several years, Dunkin’ Donuts could open as many as 1,000 locations in the state.

There are currently three Dunkin’ Donuts location in California at Camp Pendleton, Barstow and San Diego.
