Long-ago Rose float could wow again

I just ran across a picture of Glendale’s prize-winning Rose Parade float of 1923. It was a gorgeous peacock. Perhaps we could drop this into the suggestion box for the 2013 (90 years from that entry) a suggestion that this design could be used again. It certainly made me gasp just looking at the picture.
