Columnist made a racist assumption

Ron Kaye just doesn’t get it. He tries to make hay of some very poorly alleged “racial profiling” of Armenians (“The Gatto plot thickens,” Feb. 3) but then assumes that the Armenian American community is monolithic and spoken for by only one entity.

Are Kaye and your editors really that clueless as to assume the Armenian National Committee speaks for all Armenian Americans? Does Kaye not know how racist that assumption is?
