Cartoonist Bert Ring gives his take on the yet-to-be finalized Glendale City Council election. At the latest count, Ara Najarian, Laura Friedman and Zareh Sinanyan held the first, second and third place finishes, respectively. If the vote holds, all three will be seated on the council, which may be sticky for Najarian and Friedman, who called a public hearing to discuss bigoted and racist comments allegedly made by Sinanyan.
