The election in Glendale is over. Almost. Following the final tally, three people -- Ara Najarian, Laura Freedman and Zareh Sinanyan -- were elected to the City Council. However, because Councilman Rafi Manoukian was elected treasurer, requiring him to leave the board, a fourth seat has opened up. A proposal has been floated to appoint a former mayor to the position, and Bert Ring gives his take.
