Griem seems to be showing progress
Re: In Theory, May 12: Thank you for printing the Rev. Bryan Griem’s response to Rev. Michael Dowd’s belief in the “idolatry of the written word.” In calling Dowd a heretic he seems to be confirming Dowd’s point. Griem is showing some progress, however; he did not openly call for Dowd to be burned at the stake.
