News-Press Cartoon: Watchdog bite?

Two Glendale residents, John Rando and Mariano Rodas, contend that the recent appointment of Frank Quintero to the city council violates Glendale’s charter. The two have asked the state Attorney General’s office to give them standing to file a suit, one they hope would force Quintero from office. For his part, Quintero says the push to have him ousted is due to his support in banning the Glendale Gun Show.
