Power plant crews ought to cooperate

Share

Regarding the Glendale Water & Power plant operators, along with city manager and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, trying to decide who will get to represent the power operators group, I would offer this advice: If the maintenance employees are represented by the IBEW and the operators have their own operators group, this will cause a conflict and competitive hate environment in the Grayson Plant that will always be a problem. This causes the plant to be very unreliable over time and morale to be very bad among the employees. A power plant runs like a ship at sea. It needs all of the crews to work together and in harmony.
