Letter: Fine whine from blower opponent

Regarding Paul Berolzheimer’s letter about leaf blowers published on Oct. 5.

Boy, that’s some mighty fine whine. Leaf blowers running “every hour of every day” in his neighborhood? Really?

Even after dark and on Saturdays and Sundays? The gardeners working his neighborhood must be a busy and industrious bunch if they’re working that much. As for all the dust and health hazards, well, the gardeners in my neighborhood are rather quickly there and gone, after which quiet and tranquillity once again descend.

If this is the worst thing that the writer has to live with, then he’s got it pretty good.
