Letter: Beatty is needed on Crescenta Valley Water District board

Voting in all elections is such a privilege. We are so lucky to live in the USA and we are lucky to live in La Crescenta. Charles K. Beatty is the right candidate for the Crescenta Valley Water District board of directors.

Beatty has served as a Town Council member, is a former chief executive of the Montrose/Verdugo City Chamber of Commerce, has many years of dedicated community service, and for many years was the most efficient, happy, dedicated member of the Ralphs management team. He and his wife and family have lived in La Crescenta for more than 65 years.

Charles Beatty is qualified to assess the challenges CVWD is experiencing and he has many ideas and solutions to reduce the cost of water and sewer rates. My family shouts loudly that we need someone like Charles Beatty on the water district’s board. We are privileged to know him. Vote for Charles Beatty.
