Letter: City needs to have less selective growth plans

Our city manager's Jan. 29 ode, an op-ed titled “City's growth plans have mobility in mind,” makes me exclaim: But only selective!

Mr. Ochoa, please, visit Adams Hills. See our cracked (or worse) streets like Corona and others, and fix them!

Otherwise, the city, as it occasionally does, might have to pay much more in medical costs and penalties to tumbling walkers.
