The float stopped operating, requiring a tow, but blocking the remaining floats and bands still in the cue. Bands were able to get by the stalled float, and after the float was towed out the main stage area, the Grand Finale presented by Wells Fargo was moved ahead of the remaining floats, to perform and end the parade.
