Photo Gallery: The Crescenta Valley Remembrance Motorcade
All Monte Vista Elementary School students sat on the curb to yell and wave American Flags for the Crescenta Valley Remembrance Motorcade on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017, the 16th year after the terrorist attacks in New York City. The parade, with fire trucks, police cars, hot rods and antique cars, drove a route that passed every school in La Crescenta and La Cañada, and every fire department as well. Several of the vehicles displayed the names of the 343 firefighters that lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
