Rebels grab road league win

Flintridge Prep 14, Rio Hondo Prep 7: Brenden McKiernan had four hits and drove in three runs Friday to spark the visiting Rebels to a Prep League win at Big League Dreams Sports Parks in West Covina.

Flintridge Prep (10-7, 4-4 in league) got two hits and five runs batted in from Royce Park, including a three-run home run in the fourth inning to give it an 8-3 advantage.

Karlsen Termini added a two-run home run and Kyle McDonald contributed a two-run double for the Rebels, who will face the Kares in a doubleheader beginning at 4 p.m. today at the Glendale Sports Complex.

Park picked up the win on the mound, striking out seven and allowing four hits in six innings.
