Chase Borisoff, Junior, Utility, La Cañada

All-CIF Southern Section Division III second-team and All-Rio Hondo League first-team selection did everything for the Spartans, posting team-highs in assists (135) while adding 112 steals and 55 goals.

Arman Momdzhyan, Sophomore, Driver, Glendale

Helped Nitros win Pacific League title for first time since 2002 and advance to Division V quarterfinals. Finished with 146 goals and drew 58 ejections. Earned all-league first-team honors and was lone sophomore in Division V to secure All-CIF first-team accolades.

David Pogosian, Senior, Hole/Guard, Hoover

Recorded 58 goals, 25 assists and 72 steals and made All-Pacific league team before being named to the All-CIF Division V third team.

Henry Pray, Senior, Driver, Pasadena Poly

UCLA-bound player garnered All-CIF Division V first-team and All-Prep League MVP honors after posting 166 goals, 91 steals, 50 assists and 33 drawn ejections.

Trevor Roszkos, Senior, Driver, La Cañada

Rio Hondo League’s MVP and All-CIF Division III first-teamer did it all for Spartans with 58 goals, 49 assists and 67 steals. Guided La Cañada to 22-7 record (8-0 in league), the Rio Hondo League title and first semifinal berth in five years.

Shant Tokatyan, Senior, Hole/Set, Glendale

All-Pacific League pick registered a team-best 154 steals and added 58 goals en route to earning All-CIF Division V second-team honors.

Colin Woolway, Senior, Goalkeeper, Pasadena Poly

Led Panthers to Division V championship match for second year in a row. All-CIF Division V and Prep League first-teamer tallied 284 saves versus 141 goals allowed this season. His 66.8% save ratio this season is a school record.

COACH OF THE YEAR

Kevin Witt, Hoover

First-year coach guided Tornadoes to a 17-7 record, second-place finish in Pacific League and advanced to the semifinals for the first time in program history. Coached Tornadoes to close wins over Walnut and Palm Desert in the playoffs, giving his team a new lease on life in the latter when he successfully argued for replay of the final 30 seconds of regulation, setting up an overtime win.
