Nitros top Arcadia

Glendale 4, Arcadia 2: Artur Nazarian scored a pair of goals to lift the Nitros (2-5-3 in league) to a Pacific League win at home on Friday.

Muir 4, Hoover 3: There seemed to be little hope left for the Tornadoes as they faced a three-goal deficit heading into the second half of Friday's Pacific League game. Hoover (3-5-4, 2-3-4 in league) came out on fire in the second, though, scoring three goals in an eight-minute span, but the Mustangs just held on for the victory at home.

Romel Sarkisloo scored twice for Hoover with Sarkis Tumasyan adding the final goal for the Tornadoes.

Crescenta Valley 1, Burbank 1: It was a different story when the Falcons and Bulldogs met for the second time in Pacific League play Friday at Burbank. Lisa Kang scored CV's lone goal in a tie, which brought Crescenta Valley's record to 8-4-2 and 6-1-2 in league and dripped it into third place in league.

The Falcons defeated Burbank 5-0 at home when the two teams first met on Jan. 6.

Hoover 3, Muir 2: Jordan Miller scored twice for the host Tornadoes, who also got a tally from Diana Alvarado on Friday to improve to 5-8 and 2-6 in the Pacific League.

Flintridge Sacred Heart 1, Alemany 1: Breeana Koemans scored off an assist from Kayla Mills on the road Friday in a Mission League match. The Tologs are now 10-4-2 overall and 3-2-1 in league.

Flintridge Prep 67, Webb 57: There was plenty of balance for the Rebels in Friday's Prep League win, as three Prep (13-7, 5-0 in league) players — Kory Hamane (18), Chad Cosse (16) and Eugenio (16) — scored more than 15 points at home.

Hamane and Eugenio both hit four three-pointers each in the win.

Muir 55, Hoover 33: The Tornadoes fell to the Pacific League-leading Mustangs on the road without the services of Kyle Bernardo, their leading scorer. Chavez Hall led Hoover with a team-high eight points. Ryan Barsegian and Teo Davidian both had six points for the Tornadoes (8-15, 2-8 in league).

Arcadia 51, Glendale 40: Kristineh Zadourian scored a team-high 12 points in the Nitros' Pacific League home game Friday. Tara Abdul Ahad and Nina Sahakian both had 10 points each for Glendale (9-11, 3-6 in league).

L.A. Sacred Heart of Jesus 37, Holy Family 25: Jennifer Rodriguez scored a team-high eight points for Holy Family in a Horizon League loss Friday. The Gaels dropped to 4-15, 4-2 in league.

Flintridge Prep 40, Webb 35: Maya Okamoto led the Rebels to a Prep League victory Friday with a team-high 14 points and six steals. Kimberly Kim had nine points and nine rebounds and Gabby Zen had a team-high 12 rebounds for Prep (7-12, 2-5 in league).

Muir 86, Hoover 19: Hoover fell to 3-14, 0-10 in Pacific League with a loss at home Friday.

Crescenta Valley in Oxnard Tournament: The Falcons defeated Morro Bay in their first game of the tournament behind four goals from Ashley Taylor on Friday.

Malibu was CV's next victim as the Falcons prevailed, 20-5, behind a career-high five goals from Stefanie Loporchio.

Crescenta Valley (23-0) will continue in the Oxnard Tournament today at 8 a.m. against Righetti.

Flintridge Prep 13, Milken Community 9: Suzanna Tan scored five goals and Kate Wooley and Katrina Boyd added four and three goals, respectively, for the Rebels in a Prep League game on Wednesday.
