Rademacher leads Rebels

BASEBALL

Flintridge Prep 8, Chadwick 4: Starting pitcher Cole Rademacher struck out four in five innings and helped his cause with a solo home run Wednesday to lead visiting Flintridge Prep in a Prep league contest.

Alex Sierra had two hits, including a two-run home run. Daniel Enzminger finished with a pair of hits for the Rebels (5-10, 2-3 in league).

BOYS’ SWIMMING

Flintridge Prep 85, Chadwick 85: The Rebels remained undefeated in the Prep League (5-0-1) after tying Tuesday in a dual meet at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center.

Pasadena 118, Hoover 49: The Tornadoes got a victory from Will Barbar in a Pacific League dual meet Tuesday. Barbar captured the 200-yard individual medley in 2 minutes 11.40 seconds.

GIRLS’ SWIMMING

Mayfield 113, Flintridge Prep 57: The Rebels fell to 2-4 in the Prep League following a league dual meet Wednesday at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center.

Pasadena 130, Hoover 24: The Tornadoes didn’t pick up any first-place finishes in a Pacific League dual meet Tuesday.
