St. Francis High named Matt Luderer as the school’s new athletic director July 1. Ted Corcoran, who is the school’s strength and conditioning trainer and assistant football coach, was tabbed assistant athletic director.

Luderer replaces Terry Terrazone, who held the title for 18 years.

Luderer served as athletic director at Mission League rival Crespi the past five years. He graduated from Crespi and Loyola Marymount University.

“I feel extremely blessed to work for a school that prioritizes character development through athletics by emphasizing teamwork, respect, perseverance, and good sportsmanship.” Luderer said in a statement released by the school.
