News-Press Pet of the Day: Felicia
Felicia is a gorgeous 8-year-old, long-haired, tortoiseshell cat who might have a little Maine Coon in her.
At first she will act like a wallflower, but as soon as you talk to her, she will engage in conversation with you. Felicia is an extremely affectionate gal who will purr and rub against your legs. She seems to get along with everyone she meets — even small dogs.
Felicia would love to find a forever home where she can have someone to talk to and snuggle with after a long day.
Felicia qualifies for our Seniors for Seniors program, which waives the adoption fee for adopters 60 years old and older. The mandatory $20 microchip fee still applies. Felicia is already spayed and fully vaccinated, so she is ready to go home with you today.
Felicia is available for adoption at Pet Food Express, 320 S. Lake Ave., Pasadena.
New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for a pet.
Call the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA at (626) 792-7151 to ask about A212674 or visit at 361 S. Raymond Ave. in Pasadena. Adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays.
