The L.A. Zoo has added four new Grevy’s zebras, one male and three females, to their habitat. The zebras were sent to the zoo as part of a breeding recommendation from the Assn. of Zoo’s and Aquarium’s Species Survival Program. The habitat had been empty for five months after the previous zebras were sent to other zoos. Zoo officials hope this new breeding roup will produce offspring.
