Police conducted 19 field sobriety tests and towed two vehicles during the grant-funded checkpoint aimed at decreasing deaths and injuries tied to motorists who were driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Officers arrested 10 motorists for alleged driver's license violations and issued eight citations. Police also arrested two people for outstanding warrants.
