SATURDAY: Join Gallimaufry Performing Arts at 6 p.m. to celebrate science-fiction writer Ray Bradbury, shown, who will turn 90 next month, at a fundraiser called “Masters and Masterpieces” at the Masterpiece Fine Art Showroom, 1945 Laguna Canyon Road. Music, dance and art, with Bradbury as master of ceremonies. Proceeds will go toward Gallimaufry’s production of Bradbury’s musical “2116" at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. Tickets are $40 to $100, with those in the top ranks meeting Bradbury and receiving an autographed limited edition poster.
