Dog Walk

The Huntington Beach Art Center Foundation hosts a Dog-A-Thon and Pet Fair fundraiser at the Art Center, 538 Main St., Huntington Beach. Dog owners are invited to walk a one-mile route through downtown to support the center. The event also includes art projects, entertainment and product give-a-ways. Beach Cleanup

The Barefoot Wine Beach Rescue Project and Surfrider Foundation host a beach cleanup near Sixth Street and Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach. The cleanup lasts from 10 a.m. to noon and is followed by a celebration from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Sandy’s Beach Grill, 315 Pacific Coast Hwy., Huntington Beach. Concert in the Park

Fundraiser for Animals

The second annual Pups N Pinot Fundraiser takes place at the Newland House, 19820 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach. Proceeds go to the nonprofit A Leg Up Rescue, which rescues dogs and cats from life-threatening situations.
