The Newport Beach Public Library begins the summer reading program at all its branches. The day includes face painting for children, drawings, registration for the programs and more information on the summer series. The program runs through Aug. 12. Art in the Park

The Newport Beach Arts Foundation presents its seventh annual Art in the Park Festival, which is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Mariners Park, 1300 Irvine Ave., Newport Beach. Golf Autism Benefit
