Chelsey would make an ideal family pet. The 7-year-old terrier mix, who was recently surrendered when her owner could no longer provide care, is eager to return to a home environment.

The 9-pound dog is healthy, house-trained and spayed. Her previous owner indicated that Chelsey loves children and they love her. Likewise, she behaves well with other small animals and can be left alone.

This well-mannered girl knows the commands to sit, stay and lie down. Her favorite activities include taking walks, running on the beach and sleeping in her own bed.

Chelsey has plenty of energy but not too much. Content also to be quiet and calm, she welcomes being cuddled. What more could you ask for?
