Ken and Jan Wirgler of Newport Beach would like to announce the

engagement of their daughter, Kristin Wirgler of Newport Beach, to Thomas

Kearney of Tustin.

The bride-elect graduated from Corona del Mar High School and

Concordia University, and is attending Whittier Law School.

The future bridegroom, son of Virginia Kearney of Tustin, graduated

from Woodbridge High School and Vanguard University.

A November wedding is planned at St. James Episcopal Church in Newport

Beach.

Marton-Pontrelli

Lee and Amy Marton of Costa Mesa would like to announce the engagement

of their daughter, Dee Dee Marton of Costa Mesa, to Michael Pontrelli of

Newport Beach.

The bride-elect graduated from Estancia High School and San Diego

State University.

The future-bridegroom, son of Kathleen Pontrelli and the late Tino

Pontrelli of Newport Beach, graduated from South Pasadena High School and

Cal State Long Beach.

An Oct. 6 wedding is planned at the Garden Room and Chapel in Garden

Grove.
