GET YOURSELF SOME NORTHERN EXPOSURE

The Automobile Club of Southern California has released a new

laminated map in its GreatestHits series titled “Alaska: Inside

Passage and Beyond.” It highlights destinations for travelers who

arrive by plane, cruise ship, railroad or automobile. It’s not just a

directions map -- it gives details on what to do once you arrive.

The map includes areas from Ketchikan on the southern tip of

Alaska, through Juneau, then past Glacier Bay and up to Skagway and

Anchorage.

The map also offers information on attractions, shopping, tours,

dining and even nightlife.

The Automobile Club offers other maps in the GreatestHits series

including Route 66, California Missions, Hollywood, Santa Fe and

Taos, San Antonio, Maui and Boston. In September a map of Orlando

will be released.

Maps cost $4.95 for Auto Club members and $7.95 for the public.

Copies of the maps can be purchased at the Auto Club offices at

3350 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa, or at 3880 Birch St. in Newport

Beach.
