Man claims strippers stole $500 from him

A man called authorities early Sunday morning when, he said, two strippers took his cash without performing and pepper sprayed him at a bachelor’s party, according to police call records.

The man reported a physical fight in the 7600 block of Center Avenue about 3 a.m. Sunday, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department’s call log.

The man said he hired dancers off Craigslist for a bachelor party, but the women left with his $500 without performing. When he tried to follow them down to the lobby, he was pepper sprayed and punched in the face, he said.

The women drove away, but the man reported one had a Hello Kitty tattoo on her calf, according to the call log.

The caller didn’t want to prosecute and was uncooperative with police, according to the log.
