AREA 1

Santa Ana Avenue: A residential burglary was reported at 1:45 a.m. in the 1600 block on Dec. 23.

East 20th Street: A theft was reported at 4:44 a.m. in the 300 block on Dec. 23.

Tustin Avenue: A theft was reported at 4:50 a.m. in the 2100 block on Dec. 23.

AREA 2

South Coast Drive and Bear Street: A car was towed at 8:33 a.m. on Dec. 23.

Newport Boulevard: A report of trespassing was reported at 1:57 a.m. in the 1800 block of Newport Boulevard on Dec. 23.

Bristol Street: A commercial burglary was reported in the 1200 block at 12:53 p.m.

West 19th Street and Wallace Avenue: A subject stop occurred at 2:56 p.m. on Dec. 23.

East 17th Street and Fullerton Avenue: A DUI arrest was made at 11:50 a.m. on Dec. 23.

Newport Boulevard: A person was arrested for under the influence at 7:27 p.m. in the 21000 block on Dec. 23.

AREA 3

Ocean Front: A resident complained of prowler noises in the 1700 block at 3:34 a.m. Dec. 24.

Palm Street and Ocean Front: A resident complained of musical disturbances at 11:18 p.m. on Dec. 23.

Balboa Boulevard and West 16th Street: A vehicle was stopped by police at 12:58 a.m. on Dec. 23.

AREA 4

Sea Island Drive: Police had to keep the peace in the 100 block at 11:22 p.m. on Dec. 23.

Northbound Jamboree Road/University Drive: A vehicle stop occurred at 10: 05 p.m. on Dec. 23.

MacArthur Boulevard and Bison Avenue: A welfare check was made in the vicinity aqt 7:54 p.m. on Dec. 23 but nobody was found at the scene.

Eastbluff Drive west of Jamboree Road. A dead animal was reported in the vicinity but was gone upon officers’ arrival at 12:10 p.m. on Dec. 23.

AREA 5

San Joaquin Hills Road: Reckless driving was reported at 9:11 p.m. on Dec. 23.

AREA 6

Westbound Pacific Coast Highway at Reed Point Drive: One person was arrested after a traffic collision occurred at 4:36 p.m. on Dec. 23. No injuries were reported.
