Area 1

Irvine Cove: A San Bernardino man was arrested on suspicion of narcotics possession at 7:01 a.m. May 26.

Cliff Drive: Four subjects were reportedly fist fighting near La Brea at 8:21 p.m. Friday.

State Highway: A 16-year-old boy was reported injured after jumping in the water at Reef Point at 11:49 a.m. Friday. He jumped in head-first and felt numbness throughout body and was going in and out of consciousness.

Cliff Drive: A person reported a sailboat about 100 yards off the reef at 5:38 a.m. Saturday. They reported the boat was rocking and people were running around on deck. Marine Safety reported the boat was OK.

North Coast Highway: A Santa Barbara man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near El Morro Ridge at 1:40 a.m. Sunday. He had one prior DUI.

North Coast Highway: A Tustin man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 600 block at 12:44 p.m. Monday.

Cliff Drive: A person reported that a pelican seemed to be injured after fighting a dog and was not able to fly in the 400 block at 5:19 p.m. Tuesday.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: A woman reported a man missing in the 3200 block at 10:17 a.m. May 26. She said he was schizophrenic and was not on his medication.

Laguna Canyon Road: An intoxicated male was reportedly walking into traffic in the 2900 block at 3:22 p.m. Saturday.

Area 3

Treetop Lane: A hit and run was reported in the 21000 block at 10:51 a.m. May 25. A Volvo station wagon hit the reporting person’s parked Mercedes-Benz. The suspect asked the driver in the parked vehicle if they were OK and left.

Forest Avenue: A San Clemente woman and a Whittier man were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale in the 500 block at 12:21 p.m. Friday. They are both being held on $25,000 bail.

Third Street: A Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 300 block at 11:41 p.m. Friday.

South Coast Highway: An Orange man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 600 block at 12:09 a.m. Saturday.

Ocean Avenue: An Anaheim man was arrested on suspicion of possession of concentrated cannabis in the 200 block at 12:50 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A Coto de Caza man and his female passenger were arrested on suspicion of alcohol- and drug-related charges in the 100 block at 2:36 a.m. Saturday. The man was arrested on suspicion of DUI. He had two prior DUIs. The woman was charged with being under the influence of marijuana.

Alta Laguna: A Lancaster man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 3100 block at 6:44 p.m. Saturday.

Legion Street: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 200 block at 7:44 p.m. Sunday.

Ocean Avenue: A man reportedly punched a woman in the 200 block at 12:50 a.m. Monday.

Glenneyre Street: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic collision near Mermaid Street at 5:25 p.m. Sunday.

Ocean Way: A lifeguard rescue was reported in the 1800 block at 11:47 a.m. May 25.

Pearl Street: A Washington man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near South Coast Highway at 1:36 a.m. Saturday.

Cress Street: A Mission Viejo woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI near South Coast Highway at 1:53 a.m. Monday.

Vista Del Sol: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near South Coast Highway at 12:01 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near the Montage Resort at 12:12 a.m. Saturday. He had one prior DUI.

Third Avenue: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near South Coast Highway at 12:06 a.m. Thursday.
