Music series to benefit Irvine Schools Foundation

A summer music series to benefit the Irvine Public Schools Foundation starts June 16 at the Quail Hill Village Center in Irvine, according to a news release.

Local blues groups Shakey Pete and The Faultline will perform from 5:30 to 10 p.m. in the fountain courtyard adjacent to Bacchus Secret Cellar Wine Shoppe & Bar, the event’s organizer, located at 6735 Quail Hill Pkwy.

Half of the proceeds from sales in the event’s beer and wine garden will benefit the Irvine Public Schools Foundation, with a matching donation by the city, according to the release.
