Auditions for ‘Sherlock Holmes’ at OCC

The Orange Coast College theater department is holding auditions for its fall production of “Sherlock Holmes.”

The college is looking for 12 men and 12 women to cast in the play.

Auditions begin at 7:15 p.m. Aug. 29 and 7 p.m. Aug. 30 in OCC’s Drama Lab, 2701 Fairview Road. There is also a meeting for costume and stage technicians at 7 p.m. Aug. 29.

Scripts are on reserve in the OCC Library or can be obtained by calling director Alex Golson at (714) 432-5522 or vie email at agolson@occ.cccd.edu.

Rehearsals are slated for Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, as well as some weekend afternoons.

The play opens Oct. 14 and runs through Oct. 23.
