Area 1

Myrtle: A traffic collision was reported at 9:29 a.m. Dec. 9. A Huntington Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Area 2

San Tropez Court: A medical call was made in the 100 block at 3:53 p.m. Dec. 8. A man was reportedly stuck under a 200-pound bookcase and couldn’t feel the left side of his body.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Brea man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 20600 block at 1:22 a.m. Saturday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A person reported that a male driver was smoking a joint while driving near Phillips Street at 4:52 p.m. Saturday. He said he recognized marijuana because he is a interventionist. A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Laguna Canyon Road: A male subject was reportedly in the middle of the road, screaming and trying to jump on cars in the 20600 block at 5:48 p.m. Sunday. The person reported he was almost hit by a vehicle.

Cozumel: A person called to report that air marshals were after him in the 100 block at 11:44 p.m. Monday. He stated he was under the influence of alcohol and crystal meth. He had just been at John Wayne Airport and was convinced he was wanted and requested to speak with an officer.

Area 3

Broadway: A Cardiff-by-the-Sea man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 300 block at 3:15 a.m. Dec. 9.

Ocean Avenue: A male suspect was reportedly jumping in front of vehicles near South Coast Highway at 2:07 p.m. Dec. 9.

Glenneyre Street: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 300 block at 3:03 a.m. Saturday.

St. Ann’s Drive: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 9:55 p.m. Saturday.

Broadway: A Huntington Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 300 block at 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

Skyline Drive: A man reported that he believed his ex-girlfriend had broken into his house in the 1300 block at 9:45 p.m. Sunday. He had received an email from her where she said she did it and a voicemail where she said she wanted to “leave this earth.” His home’s fog lights had been broken and the plumbing had been tampered with. He believes she made a duplicate key when they dated.

Thalia Street: A traffic collision was reported in the 2300 block at 6:25 a.m. Dec. 9.

Thalia Street: A Laguna Niguel woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 10:10 p.m. Dec. 9.

South Coast Highway: A valet attendant reported that a male patron smelled like alcohol in the 1500 block at 2:30 a.m. Saturday. He did not want to give him his car until police confirmed he was OK to drive.

Catalina Street: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:35 a.m. Tuesday.

Eighth Avenue: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:02 a.m. Dec. 9.

Third Avenue: A Illinois man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:35 p.m. Wednesday.
