What: 13th annual Newport Beach Film Festival

Opening-night party: A post-screening party will happen at 10 p.m. Thursday in the Bloomingdale’s courtyard at Fashion Island, 701 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach. Tickets for the party cost $80.

Films in the festival will be screened at these seven locations:
