Billie Jean Bell

Billie Jean Bell, a long time resident of Orange County, retiring in Cathedral City, CA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 9 with her family by her side. Billie was born November 17, 1926 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Billie left behind her husband Joe of 57 years, her brother Don, her sisters Lola and Norma, 5 children, 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Billie always put her children before her, yet she was still the boss. Billie loved being with her family, traveling anywhere that involved the warm sunshine, reading, cooking, tea rose perfume, happy hour, and a good game of bridge. She was a great storyteller and told it just like it was!
