North Coast Highway: A caller reported a white male with swim trunks playing the guitar on the Starbucks patio in the 100 block at 2:19 p.m. Sunday.

AREA 2

Avenida Castilla: A stray cat was found in the 400 block at 12:32 p.m. Sunday. The black and gray cat had a tag with the name, “Mr. T.”

AREA 3

Alta Laguna Boulevard: A caller reported vandalism in the 3200 block at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Alta Laguna Park. The caller said concrete benches were spray painted. One of the taggings said, “It’s cold up here.”

Skyline Drive: A caller reported a skateboarder speeding down a hill in the 1000 block at 1:31 p.m. Saturday.

La Mirada Street and Del Mar Avenue: A caller reported he was verbally harassed by another man in a dark green SUV at 3:37 p.m. Sunday. The caller said it was possibly because he had a skateboard.

Temple Terrace: A caller reported a dog bite in the 1200 block at 11:14 a.m. Saturday.

Brooks Street and Catalina: A caller reported a suspicious person at 11:37 a.m. Saturday. The caller said a white man, in his 40s with dark hair and a gray jacket was trying to get into a white pickup truck.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported a man sleeping on the side of a building in the 1300 block at 11:42 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A person reported a stolen iPhone 5 with a red and blue case in the 1100 block at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported a burglary at the Surf & Sand Resort at 5:24 p.m. Saturday. The caller said someone broke into the outside pool bar and took $80 worth of alcohol.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported someone living under the stairway next to the former French 75 at 10:26 a.m. Sunday. The subject is a white man with a gray T-shirt and blue Levis.

Temple Terrace and Oak Street: A caller reported a suspicious woman at 2:51 p.m. Sunday. The caller said the female is homeless and was pushing a wheelchair. She went through residents’ garbage.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported vandalism in the 2100 block at 4:48 p.m. Sunday. The caller said someone spray painted the inside of a room.

Seacliff Drive: A caller reported six kids trespassing in the 31700 block at 11:50 a.m. Saturday. The caller said the kids damaged plants.

Coast Highway: Drunk driving was reported in the 30900 block at 3:06 p.m. Saturday.
