North Coast Highway: A caller reported a transient yelling at passersby in the 300 block at 12:13 p.m. Saturday.

North Coast Highway: A caller reported a person holding a 40-ounce can of beer walking on the boardwalk in the area of Main Beach at 11:44 a.m. Monday. The caller said the person wore a black sweatshirt with a neon blue hood.

Fairview Street and Hillcrest Drive: A caller reported a loud construction noise from a house at 6:17 p.m. Monday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A caller reported battery in the 20600 block at 7:37 p.m. Saturday.

Glenneyre Street: A caller reported several vehicles parked in a no-parking zone and red curb area in the 600 block at 8:19 p.m. Saturday.

Blumont Street: A caller reported a tan pickup with a camper shell in the 500 block at 12:44 p.m. Monday. The caller stated the pickup is a chronic violator of staying overnight there.

Flora Street: A caller reported the soft top of a Ford Mustang was cut in the 500 block at 11:42 a.m. Saturday.

Brooks Street: A caller said two women went door-to-door asking for money in the 500 block at 1:10 p.m. Saturday. The caller said the women walked into her garage.

Catalina and Pearl Street: A caller reported a stocky-built man wearing a black tank-top and black pants looking into cars at 5:10 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported petty theft in the 1800 block at 7:03 p.m. Saturday. The caller said a purple plant worth $100 was stolen from a silver Kia Sorento.

Baja Street: A woman reported someone filed a tax return using her information in the 1100 block at 2:53 p.m. Monday.

Holly Drive: A caller reported juveniles riding on electric scooters without shoes and helmets on the street at 3:42 p.m. Monday. The caller said the children were about 8 years old.
