Third Street: A laptop worth $1,500 was reportedly stolen from an office in the 300 block at 3:48 p.m. Friday.

Loma Terrace: A caller reported a tortured, dead cat in the 300 block at 9:09 a.m. Saturday.

Glenneyre Street: A wallet was stolen from an unlocked black Denali in a parking lot in the 300 block, a caller reported at 3:29 p.m. Sunday.

Thalia Street and Catalina Street: A caller reported that several skateboarders were in the road, causing cars to slam on their brakes at 12:46 p.m. Monday.

Forest Avenue: A caller reported at 12:53 p.m. Monday that a woman was singing opera in front of a store and asking for money in the 200 block.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported at 2:46 p.m. Tuesday that an American flag was cut down and stolen in the 700 block.

Glenneyre Street: A caller reported at 6:08 p.m. Friday that a dog was locked inside a studio for several hours in the 1500 block.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported 12 skateboarders set up a ramp in a parking lot in the 1400 block at 5:14 p.m. Monday.

Coast Highway: A purse was stolen from a car in the 30800 block, a caller reported at 4:47 p.m. Monday.
