Nonprofit groups to address homelessness

Share

The Costa Mesa Partnership to End Homelessness is having its first meeting this month to discuss ways to address homelessness in the community.

The event, which will take place at The Crossing church in Costa Mesa, is slated for 5 p.m. Sept. 30

The group was created in partnership with The Churches Consortium, an alliance of churches predominantly in Costa Mesa, to unite interested people around a multi-pronged strategy to address the issue of homelessness in the city.

[For the record, 10:33 a.m. Sept. 23: The headline on an earlier version of this story incorrectly said a church group would address homelessness. In fact, it’s a nonprofit group.]
