Cliff Drive: A caller reported that a man with a beach towel around his neck clipped roses in the 300 block at 9:27 a.m. Sunday.

North Coast Highway: A caller reported an encampment at north Main Beach in the 100 block at 10:32 a.m. Sunday.

North Coast Highway: A caller reported that a transient defecated on the sidewalk in the 400 block at 1:05 p.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported that a Cadillac Escalade hit a BMW then drove away in the 1200 block at 1:51 p.m. Sunday.

El Bosque and Catalina Street: A caller reported a man lying in the road at 3:47 p.m. Sunday.

Broadway Street: A caller reported that a man stole candy and hid it in his pockets in the 200 block at 4:05 p.m. Sunday.

Cypress Drive: A caller reported someone throwing rocks at a window in the 400 block at 8:22 p.m. Sunday.

North Coast Highway: A caller reported a customer threatening another customer in the 1200 block at 9:10 p.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported thata person walked into the drive-through and blocked vehicles in the 1200 block at 11:40 p.m. Sunday.

Blumont Street: A laptop was reportedly stolen from the 500 block at 10:11 a.m. Saturday.

Laguna Canyon Road and El Toro Road: A caller reported someone throwing a lit cigarette out of a car at 12:16 p.m. Saturday.

Nestall Road: A caller reported that juveniles knocked on the door and ran away in the 3000 block at 9:35 p.m. Saturday.
